1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Platform" or "Service" refers to the dew88 website located at https://dew88.cam and all associated services, games, software, and applications.

2. Eligibility Requirements

By registering an account on dew88, you represent and warrant that:

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use dew88's services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate information including your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You may only create one account per person. Multiple accounts (also known as duplicate accounts) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

dew88 operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Before processing your first withdrawal, we will require verification of your identity through submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National ID card / KTP, passport, or driver's license)

Deposits are typically processed instantly, though bank processing times may apply during maintenance windows or holidays.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed Monday to Friday, 09:00-21:00 WIB. Typical processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours after approval, though delays may occur during high-volume periods or if additional verification is required. Weekend withdrawal requests are processed on the next business day. You may only withdraw to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your verified name. 4.3 Wagering Requirements for Deposits

To comply with AML regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal is permitted. 4.4 Fees

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Forfeiture

• The Player has used bonuses in conjunction with prohibited activities
• Technical errors caused incorrect bonus crediting

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 General Rules

When participating in any game or betting activity on dew88, you agree to:

• Play in good faith and for personal entertainment only
• Not use any software, bots, or automated systems to place bets or play games
• Not exploit technical errors, bugs, or glitches for unfair advantage
• Not collude with other players or engage in any form of cheating
• Accept that all game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and are final

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting markets, the following rules apply:

• All bets are settled based on official results from the respective sports governing bodies
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets may be voided or settled according to our sportsbook rules
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) may result in bet voidance
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet slip and per event

6.3 Casino Games

6.4 Togel (Lottery)

For togel (lottery) markets, results are determined by official draws from Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sydney lottery authorities, and Macau lottery organizations. Draw times and bet types are specified for each market. dew88 has no influence over draw outcomes.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per person
• Identity Fraud: Providing false information or using another person's identity
• Money Laundering: Using dew88 to transfer, launder, or obscure the source of funds
• Collusion and Cheating: Working with other players to gain unfair advantage or using cheating software
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonuses through multiple accounts or unfair betting patterns
• Chargebacks: Requesting chargebacks or payment reversals after depositing funds

8. Account Suspension and Termination

dew88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. In the event of account closure:

• Your remaining balance (minus any disputed amounts, bonuses, or pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you
• Any active bonuses will be forfeited
• You will be prohibited from creating new accounts on dew88
• We may share information about your closure with other gaming operators and regulatory bodies

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closures are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period during which your request can be reversed. After 7 days, closure becomes permanent.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dew88 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security

• Game provider errors or malfunctions, though we will work with providers to resolve disputes
• Disputes between players

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with dew88 is to stop using the platform and close your account. By using our services, you acknowledge that online gambling involves risk of financial loss, and you accept full responsibility for your gambling decisions.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where dew88 is licensed. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Internal Complaint: You must first contact dew88 customer support via email at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
2. Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved within 14 days, you may escalate the matter to our complaints department for formal review.
3. Arbitration: If internal resolution fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against dew88. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.
